The farmer uploads photos, quantity and location. No paperwork, no agent visit.
2 · AI grades and prices it
Computer vision scores colour, uniformity, defects and size, then a price band is computed from district mandi trends.
3 · Certificates verified
For grapes and other export crops the certificate is read by OCR and checked against the issuing authority's format and validity.
4 · Deal directly
Buyers post requirements or send buying requests. Both sides negotiate in one thread and close the trade.
